“I wouldn’t bother to say goodbye.”
“I
know.”
“It’s
a pity. He misses out on the good things in life.”
“That’s
his choice.”

As
promised, here is my contact no. in the UK. Hope things are
fine that side. Cheers Alex

Alex sent me a Yahoo-notice to register and download software
for instant messaging. I’d deleted the mssetup. I’m
now CC: FW: FWs and last on the contact list. The attachments
were insightful: I’d been marked down and you weren’t
coming back.
I
did hear from Alex indirectly. Heather shared an e-mail Sandy
had sent the family. The e-mail was sent exactly two weeks
after Alex’s departure to the UK. Sandy had written
that Alex is settling in well and that he’s involved
with an old flame - a family friend and counsellor.
Sandy believes they’re perfect for each other.
Good
for him!
